Business Data International Limited Affiliate Plan Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions for Affiliates are in addition to our Standard Terms & Conditions and apply to Affiliates only.

1. You will be paid 7.5% commission of the value of sales made as a direct result of a customer coming from your link to our site and purchasing goods.
2. Commission will only be paid on a customer's first visit, if that customer leaves the website and returns at a later time commission will not be paid.
3. We will pay you whenever your commission reaches £25 Sterling by cheque.
4. We will inspect your website at regular intervals and if we deem the content to be unsuitable we will close your account and any unpaid balance in your account will be lost. Examples of unsuitable content are : ADULT SITES, SITES THAT DISPLAY ADULT BANNERS, WAREZ SITES, ROM SITES, AND EMULATOR SITES AND SITES CONSISTING MOSTLY OF BANNERS WITH NO REAL CONTENT.
5. We have a zero tolerance policy on spam, if we receive one valid complaint regarding an occurance of Unsolicited Commercial Email or newsgroup posting from you we will close your account immediately and any unpaid balance will be lost.
6. The Terms and Conditions may change at any time. You are required to keep check on any updated terms by referencing this document at various intervals.
7. Any decision made by Business Data International Limited in relation to the services provided and Conditions of Use shall be final.
